FORMULA STUDENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Formula Student provides a genuinely unparalleled opportunity to raise awareness of your brand amongst an engaged audience of student engineers as well as our 350+ strong team of volunteer judges made up of a broad range of industry representatives

For more than 25 years, Formula Student has supported and developed the skills of over 40,000 young engineers who have gone on to secure prominent roles in industry, including automotive, motorsport and manufacturing.

Review of Formula Student 2024

This year's Formula Student featured 3000 students and 113 teams onsite at Silverstone. The winners were Edith Cowan from Australia, with Cardiff runners up and University of Basque Country third place.

The event featured 16 companies joining us onsite to meet with the next generation of engineers, including:

In September we launch Formula Student 2025 and start to promote the Learn to Win 2025 event.

Learn to Win 2025 - 1 November 2024, MTC in Coventry

Organised by the IMechE and the Formula Student organising committee, the event launches the start of the year's competition.

Students use the event to meet with judges, sponsors and other stakeholders and to ask questions and get feedback on the five areas of assessment: business presentation, engineering design, cost and manufacturing, scrutineering  and on-track / dynamic events.

The event comprises a full day of content in the lecture theatre (on the ground floor) together with 8 rooms on the 1st floor that are used for specific workshops, tutorials and drop-in sessions.

Organisations already confirmed for Learn to Win 2025 include Avonside, AWE Mercedes AMG HPP, Babcock, Embed, Multimatic and PTC Onshape.

Learn to Win 2024 event roundup

At the last Learn to Win last November had 12 companies join onsite to meet the top 8  team members from over 30 teams. These included:

Formula Student 2025 will return to Silverstone, provisional dates 17-20 July 2025.
